TO BRIEF Ι.Κ.Ε. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the Greek national transposition thereof. This statement applies to the websites tobrief.gr and tobrief.eu and is drafted in line with the model text of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below.

Non-accessible content

The following content is not accessible as of 2026-05-01.

An automated audit was conducted using axe-core (via Playwright) covering 14 key pages (home, daily brief, auth, legal, and company pages). The findings listed below were identified during that audit and represent known open issues. All other pages passed the automated checks.

Open findings — scheduled for remediation:

• Colour contrast (SERIOUS): Certain opacity-based styles on the landing page hero section, login page, and authentication forms fall below the 4.5:1 WCAG AA ratio. These are in the editorial design palette and require design review before remediation. Scheduled: Q3 2026.
• Interactive visualisation regions (MODERATE): Certain floating UI elements in the Daily Brief view (bottom navigation bar, article count indicator) are rendered outside ARIA landmark regions. Scheduled remediation: Q3 2026.
• Certain interactive visualisations and carousels have incomplete keyboard navigation under some browsers. Scheduled remediation: Q3 2026.
• Embedded third-party content (e.g. analytics widgets loaded conditionally on consent) may not meet WCAG Level AA. These are outside our direct control but we will replace or remove embeds that consistently fail.
• The PDF export of articles may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Scheduled remediation: Q4 2026.

Fixed in this version:

• Added a skip-to-main-content link accessible to keyboard and screen-reader users.
• Added a global focus-visible outline rule ensuring all interactive elements have a visible focus ring during keyboard navigation (WCAG 2.1 SC 2.4.7).
• Fixed invalid lang attribute value (lang="gr") on country-labelled elements — corrected to lang="el" (ISO 639-1 for Greek) or removed from purely decorative elements.
• Wrapped all legal page content in a <main> landmark element.
