Novartis reveals setbacks, not the numbers

The company has yet to disclose the effect estimates, event counts or patient exposure needed to judge whether either setback is recoverable.
One seat divides Sweden’s rival blocs

Revolut trusted a real government domain
Fraudsters used an unauthorised mailbox inside a government agency’s genuine email infrastructure to obtain sensitive customer records. Revolut released passports, selfies, bank statements and transaction histories before independently checking the requests; it says no funds or login credentials were compromised, but has not disclosed the agency, the attackers or how many customers were affected.
